Watch State Rep. Jim Lyons Deliver His Farewell Speech
Saying he has "no regrets," Lyons posted a video of his farewell speech on the floor of the state House of Representatives.
ANDOVER, MA -- State Rep. Jim Lyons (R-Andover), who lost his bid for reelection in November, posted his farewell speech on the floor of the Massachusetts House of Representatives to Facebook over the weekend. Lyons lost to Tram Nguyen, a 31-year-old attorney from Andover making her first run for elected office. The seat represents Andover, North Andover, Tewksbury and Boxford.
"Thank you to everyone who helped us on this adventure.. no regrets, enjoyed every minute of our journey," Lyons said.
