MANSFIELD, MA — Two people were killed on Route 495 in Mansfield early Wednesday after police said a wrong-way driver hit another vehicle head-on.The wrong-way driver was identified as a 24-year-old Middleboro woman; her name was not released. The other driver was a 27-year-old Taunton man; his name was not released. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. They were the sole occupants in their vehicles.The crash happened at about 2 a.m. on the southbound side of the highway.
