Attleboro Man Cited In Norton Fatal Crash
The Bristol County District Attorney's Office said Russell Stone, 59, with vehicular homicide in Sunday's crash in Norton.
NORTON, MA — An Attleboro man has been cited with vehicular homicide after a Sunday crash in Norton that killed one woman and injured another.
The Bristol County District Attorney's Office told WLNE-TV that Russell Stone was also cited for negligent operation of a motor vehicle and speeding after a silver sedan that included the 36-year-old Attleboro woman crashed into a tree off the right side of Oak Street.
Stone and another passenger, a 51-year-old Fall River woman, were taken to Rhode Island Hospital with serious injuries. WLNE-TV reported that the Attleboro woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses told Norton police that the vehicle involved in the crash was traveling at a high rate of speed before the crash.
The Bristol County DA's Office and Norton police are investigating the crash.
