Attleboro Parents are Not Smarter Than Their Fourth-Graders

Hill-Roberts Elementary hosted its own version of a TV game show Thursday night.

There was no question about it. The Hill-Roberts Parent Teacher Organization had a smart idea when they decided to roll out their own version of "Are you smarter than a 4th grader?"

Hill-Roberts families gathered at the school to put their minds to the test in the 4th annual event Thursday evening.

"This event has been going on for the past three years and came about from an idea that I presented as the PTO president when the TV show first came out," Jim Stors said.

Principal Matthew Joseph took on the role of host, while Stors ran the game, which is a Power Point application with questions that the PTO has created over the years.

The level of difficulty was categorized by grade level and was based on several subjects, including mathematics, grammar, vocabulary, physical education, science, history and government.
