Attleboro Police Seeking Bank Robbery Suspect
Attleboro and Seekonk police searched for this man after the Santander Bank on Park Street in Attleboro was robbed Saturday afternoon.

ATTLEBORO, MA — Attleboro police are seeking the public's help identifying a suspect in a robbery at the Santander Bank on Park Street on Saturday. The male suspect fled the bank after receiving money and was last seen running away on Bank Street toward Sanford Street.
Attleboro police said multiple patrol units responded to the report of a robbery-in-progress early Saturday afternoon. They were told the man entered the bank, approached a teller, and passed a note demanding money.
Attleboro police describe the suspect as a light-skinned, possibly Hispanic, male of average height and build. Police said he is unshaven with a stubbly beard. He was seen wearing a gray and black zip-up jacket, black pants, black shoes and a gray knit cap with the letter "B" on the back.

The suspect did not show a weapon, and no one was reported injured. The Massachusetts State Police K-9 unit assisted the initial search with help from the Seekonk Police Department.
Attleboro police are withholding the amount of money the suspect took and said the investigation is active and on-going.
