The City of Attleboro lost yet another appeal, a mighty big one, in the Milanoski - Ross / ARA case. Since there is no more appeals possible, this most likely means that the City will have to 'pony up' a solid million dollars or so, to satisfy the legal judgment. That's not chump change.
It surely seems irresponsible to "appeal for the sake of appealing", to politically "buy more time" . . . at all the expense of the local taxpayers. Truly, this action was "just throwing large amounts of money down a rat-hole." And if the voters believe this and care enough, there should be a "wholesale" change in City leadership . . . to officials who are genuinely responsible and responsive to the wishes of the electorate . . . and not just "lip service".
I urge all Attleboro residents to ask themselves if they were treated properly in the monies they have paid in the form of local real estate taxes.

The City needs a "Recall Provision" in its Charter.
