Bankruptcy – Your Right to a Financial Fresh Start

American Credit Counseling Service, Inc., a United Way community partner agency, continues its series of free monthly financial education workshops. This month they are presenting the MONEYWI$E educational series workshop entitled “Bankruptcy – Your Right to a Financial Fresh Start”. Topics of discussion will include whether bankruptcy is a viable alternative, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy requirements, as well as reestablishing your credit after the bankruptcy is discharged.
