Girls' Workshop over April School Vacation

Creating Self-Love (Girls Ages 8-11)  This workshop aims to give girls the tools to create a positive self-image. Together, we will be turning negative thoughts into positive beliefs. Role-plays will allow girls to learn how to nurture themselves through positive self-talk. Activities will show workshop participants how kind words for us and others can lead to happiness. Each girl participant will leave the workshop recognizing her individual gifts and talents.
