I-95 Traffic: Attleboro Tractor Trailer Fire Closes Lanes, Causes 'Heavy' Delays
The fire has reportedly been extinguished, but delays remain on the northbound side.
ATTLEBORO, MA – A tractor trailer fire closed lanes and is causing massive delays on the northbound side of I-95, according to Massachusetts State Police. The fire occurred at Exit 5 in Attleboro, according to police.
The left two lanes on I-95 northbound are open, but the right lane remains closed. According to MassDOT, the ramp from I-295 northbound to I-95 northbound is closed has reopened.
Reports say the fire has been extinguished.
