A Taunton man whose driver's license is revoked was charged with his fifth OUI after police said they found several open containers of alcohol in a vehicle he wasn't supposed to be driving.<a href="http://www.mspnews.org/2015/04/taunton-man-charged-with-5th-oui-offense/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Michael Hackett</a>, 47, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Wareham on Glenn Charlie Road. Police said a trooper stopped Hackett's 2004 Nissan Xterra at about 4:30 p.m. for a violation and found several open containers of alcohol in the vehicle. Hackett was charged with:<ul><li>OUI (liquor), fifth offense</li><li>Possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle</li><li>Negligent driving</li><li>Operating a vehicle with a revoked license</li><li>Speeding</li></ul>His bail was set at $1,040 pending an arraignment.
