Attleboro police said David Rogers, 63, kidnapped and sexually assaulted the disabled woman at the Attleboro commuter rail station.

SMITHFIELD, RI — A man is charged with aggravated rape, kidnapping and indecent assault and battery on a disabled person after Attleboro police said he was caught sexually assaulting a disabled woman in a van at the Riverfront Drive commuter rail station. Police said a report of a kidnapping on South Main Street led them to the van in a secluded section of the parking lot where they found David Rogers, 63, assaulting the 57-year-old disabled woman.
Police said a woman walking her dog reported the man forcibly throw the disabled woman into the van near Riverfront Drive. Police said the suspect confessed to forcing the woman into the van against her will and driving her to the parking lot.
