FRANKLIN, MA — A Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School was arrested last week on charges he threatened a shooting at the school. Julius Willis, 18, of North Attleboro, was arrested Tuesday after officers were notified that Willis made the threats via social media. Willis was charged with: <ul><li>Disturbing a school assembly</li><li>Threat of serious disruption of school</li><li>Threats to commit a crime</li><li>Resisting arrest</li><li>Disorderly conduct</li></ul>He was arraigned in Wrentham District Court.
