Notice the spate of 'blood-letting' lately over ARA, City

Regular Sun Chronicle readers have noticed the sharp increase in published guest columns in the wake of the "no more courts for which to appeal" Milanoski - Ross case, and that the City is now liable for big bucks . . . which observant handicappers knew the odds were very much against prevailing.

Of course, a few administrative decisions are not made using logic or reality.   The Milanoski - Ross case is the classic case thereof.

A couple of S-C guest columns on the whole ARA subject have been good:  Volterra's and Flanagan's.   The latest one, by J. F. D. Jacobi, is a pitiful presentation of local "revisionism" . . as if Jack had some clairvoyant insight.

Eventually, Jack will have to remove the "Re-Elect Dumas" bumper sticker off his car.
