There is scheduled a PUBLIC HEARING on Tues., 3/11/14, on a proposal to BORROW MORE MONEY to pay the court judgment on the ARA/the City vs. Milanoski & Ross case.
It's still unknown yet as to the precise dollar amount; but it is generally thought that it will be around $1.5 million. Can this be possibly be considered insignificant? You tell the Council next Tuesday evening. It's YOUR money!
