Jean Josue, Patient Care Assistant on Montplaisir, has been selected A.C.E.S. (A Caring Employee of Sturdy) for the month of March.
A coworker described Jean as, “an amazing team player. Despite the craziness around, I have never heard him once complain. He completes every task with a smile.” It was also said that, “He never says no when asked to help out, even if he’s busy.” Jean, “is one of the most dependable and reliable employees I know. He is polite and respectful to both the patients and staff.”
“If you ask him for help, you know that it will be done and that he will do it in timely manner.” Another coworker said of Jean that, “you can always count on him. He always has everything the unit and the patients need. He goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done before he leaves for the day. He is dedicated to his job and works well with his coworkers. He is truly deserving of A.C.E.S.”
