Pamela Lange, a Clinical Coordinator in the Emergency Care Center, has been selected A.C.E.S. (A Caring Employee of Sturdy) for the month of December.
A coworker said of Pamela, “When I think of ownership, commitment and loyalty, I think of Pamela. She works countless hours each week, living up to the word dedication. She represents a strong voice for Sturdy and enjoys her job immensely.”
Pamela was also described as, “very approachable and doesn’t beat around the bush. She is straightforward and expects her coworkers to be respectful towards one another. Pamela displays personal integrity and professionalism, while practicing fairness and understanding.”

Another coworker said, “She is always present to lend a hand, while remaining calm under pressure. She provides a soothing presence and always delivers the highest quality of care to all, with a smile.”
Pamela is a resident of Attleboro and has been a Sturdy employee since 1975.
