United Women's Lacrosse League Opening Weekend

Get excited! The 2nd season of the first ever professional women lacrosse league starts this Saturday, May 27th, 2017. UWLX drafted players for its four teams, who represent Boston, Long Island, Philadelphia and Baltimore, in April and they have been playing and practicing hard to start the season strong.

The players will be holding a clinic at 1:30pm at Attleboro High School. The two season opener games will follow at 5pm and 7pm. The 5pm game will be Boston Storm vs. Philly Force and the 7pm game will be Long Island Sound vs. Baltimore Ride.

This season will consist of 16 games and you can enter all 16 for just $50 with the season pass. You can also purchase individual tickets*.

*Youth tickets are $10 and adult tickets are $15.

UWLX was launched by United Women’s Sports, LLC in strategic partnership with the Play It Forward Sport Foundation. United Women’s Sports was founded by Digit Murphy who is a Rhode Island native and former head coach of the Boston Blades. UWLX expanded quickly in 2016 and is now a female-operated company whose mission is to establish and govern operations of professional leagues and create opportunities for women to work in professional sports for a variety of women’s sports.
