A bit after noon-time, on Fri., 6/6/14, an unmarked City Crown Vic with blue plates, had stopped well past the stop line at County Sq., at a red light . . . preventing a long tractor-trailer truck from turning left from County St. onto Rt. 123 -- Thacher St.. This is a preventable thing.
I have to wonder who the driver was: KH or KD, maybe?
