Pardon the expression, but I "have no pony in this race." However, the question in the title is a fair one . . . and I'm simply curious. I figure the animal lovers can inform us.
But, given that said new shelter will only have room for twenty dogs at a time, what are they going to do when they get over-capacity? Borrow or rent space in nearby shelters in other communities . . . sort of a form of "mutual aid" ?
