ALDEN & HARLOW HOSTS PORTLAND, OREGON'S THE COUNTRY CAT FOR HEARTLANDIA COOKBOOK DINNER
Chefs Adam and Jackie Sappington Join Chef Scelfo on Thursday, October 8th

Chef Michael Scelfo welcomes Chefs Adam and Jackie Sappington of Portland, Oregon’s The Country Cat Dinner House and Bar as they celebrate the launch of their cookbook, Heartlandia. Adam, Executive Chef and a self-taught expert in whole animal butchery, and Jackie, Executive Pastry Chef, make food that is the definition of soulful, heartwarming comfort food. The menu for the evening will feature recipes from the cookbook. Copies of Heartlandia will be available for sale onsite.
