Bastille Kitchen Serves-up Easter-Themed Sunday Brunch!

Enjoy spectacular brunch fare while treating the kids to a meet and greet with the Easter Bunny himself!

This year, Bastille Kitchen is turning into a one-stop-shopping destination for all of your Easter needs! On Sunday, March 27, Executive Chef Adam Kube will help guests celebrate one of the year’s most-anticipated holidays by serving up an extended Easter Sunday Brunch from 10:30AM to 4:00PM. Famous for creative takes on brunch classics, Bastille Kitchen’s mid-morning menu is jam-packed with French- inspired, crowd-pleasing picks, like, crisp Belgian Waffles topped with fresh fruit, Chantilly cream and Vermont maple syrup; buttery Bacon-Pecan Caramel French Toast; Quiche Lorraine, boasting North Country bacon, leeks and nutty gruyere; along with a selection of hunger-quelling Omelets like Duck Confit, topped with truffle marrow butter and a fresh endive salad, and Smoked Salmon, bolstered by fried capers, fresh herbs and petit potatoes.

Bringing the Easter-theme full circle for the entire family are Pastry Chef Nathan Kibarian’s homemade “Peeps,” which make the perfect sweet ending to what’s guaranteed to be a delicious, memorable meal.

In addition to serving up a scrumptious extended Sunday Brunch, Bastille Kitchen will offer a variety of Easter-dinner specials beginning at 4PM, which will be served in conjunction with the restaurant’s a la carte dinner menu. Plus, kids in attendance can take part in a complimentary Easter Egg hunt in Chalet after they’ve enjoyed a personal meet and greet with the REAL Easter Bunny!
