Life Hacks from Ancient Wisdom
A Tuesday Evening Meditation Series in Back Bay
In a fast-paced environment, it’s easy to feel pulled in many directions—mentally busy, reactive, or simply on autopilot.
This series offers a practical way to step back and regain perspective.
Drawing from Buddhist meditation, each class focuses on methods that help you develop a calmer, more balanced mind and respond to challenges with greater clarity and intention.
These are not abstract ideas, but tools you can use immediately in your daily life - at work, in relationships, and in how you relate to your own thoughts.
Each session includes guided meditation, a short talk, and time to reflect, followed by optional Q&A.
No prior experience is needed.
