Capo Welcomes Acclaimed Author John Mariani for a Book Signing Event and Exclusive Dinner

Chef Tony Susi and the team at Capo host acclaimed author and journalist John Mariani for a special meet and greet event and dinner.

On Thursday, October 20th, celebrated author and journalist John Mariani joins Chef Tony Susi at Capo for an exclusive dinner and book signing event. Mariani, a three-time James Beard Journalism Award nominee and one of America's leading food writers, will be onsite to mix and mingle during the pre-dinner reception and book signing where guests will receive a copy of Mariani’s latest publication, How Italian Food Conquered the World. Following the book signing, guests will be seated for a special five-course family style dinner, featuring a menu created by Chef Tony Susi and John Mariani.

The special menu for the evening showcases recipes from Mariani’s cookbook as well as some of Chef Tony Susi’s favorites. The full menu is as follows:
