Celebrate Easter With a Jazz-Inspired Brunch at Bar Boulud

Chef de Cuisine, Jonathan Kilroy, serves a special prix-fixe menu perfect for the entire family!

On Sunday, March 27th, Bar Boulud, Boston, located at Mandarin Oriental, Boston, welcomes families to celebrate Easter. Chef de Cuisine, Jonathan Kilroy, has created a festive, seasonal, prix-fixe brunch menu that features French-inspired bistro fare favorites. As guests treat their palette to flavorful entrée options like: Pain Perdu, brioche French toast paired with vanilla crème brûlée and Grand Marnier oranges; Roasted Leg of Lamb, featuring fava beans, artichokes, tapenade and crispy panisse; and Ricotta Cavatelli, supported by pancetta, Brussels sprouts, green garlic and Pecorino Romano, they’ll be able to enjoy a live jazz performance by musician Andrew Smith.

To complement Chef Kilroy’s three-course Easter brunch, Pastry Chef, Robert Differ, will serve a selection of decadent desserts including: Bar Boulud’s signature Gâteau Basque, a traditional basque custard cake paired with brandied cherries and vanilla anglaise and a Carotte Coupe, house-made carrot cake served with praline cream, a cream cheese foam and an apricot-carrot sorbet. As an extra surprise, all children dining at Bar Boulud, Boston on Easter Sunday will receive a complimentary chocolate bunny pop to take home!
