COMMITTEE LAUNCHES MEDITERRANEAN WINE DINNER SERIES

Explore regions of the Mediterranean through wine and authentic eats on the first Wednesday of every month at this Seaport hotspot

Consulting Wine Director Lauren Friel, Consulting Chef Diane Kochilas and General Manager Demetri Tsolakis are taking guests on a trip to the Mediterranean with a monthly dinner series featuring the flavors of the region. On the first Wednesday of every month (beginning with February 3) Committee will host a five-course wine dinner inspired by the flavors of a different Mediterranean area, paired with wines from the region. Diners will delight in the educational component of the dinners as award-winning wine expert Lauren Friel shares her extensive knowledge of Mediterranean wines.

Upcoming Mediterranean Wine Dinner themes include Macedonia (February 3) Peloponnese (March 2), Eastern Europe (April 6), Crete (May 4), and Santorini (June 1).

Seats for the wine dinner will be $125 per person (tax and gratuity included). Reservations are required in advance, please call the restaurant directly at 617.737.5051 to make a reservation.
