Dead Beggars / Valleyheart / Cherry Mellow

Come check out Dead Beggars, with support from Valleyheart and Cherry Mellow, take the stage at The Red Room on July 14th!

Dead Beggars is a four-piece band that formed in Boston in the fall of 2014. Combining influences that include the warmth and sensibilities of blues and the songwriting styles of pop, R&B, and soul, Dead Beggars has quickly developed a style and sound that is uniquely their own. In January of 2016, Dead Beggars released their debut single, “Until You Get It,” followed by their self-titled EP in May 2016.

Valleyheart is an indie alternative rock band from Beverly, Massachusetts. With three of their five members hailing from former nationally touring hardcore band Exiting the Fall, Valleyheart is born of a new sound, incorporating dirty, heavier elements with clean, ambient sounds. They play loudly with pedals and passion.

Cherry Mellow is an East-Coast-meets-West-Coast mix of the Strokes, the Foo Fighters, and the Doors. Described as indie Russian roulette or heavy mellow, they have been on over three tours throughout 15 states. Their debut LP, Feng Shui, is less about the physical flow of energy through a room and more about the flow of energy around mental furniture inside your head, having everything in its right place or putting in the work to get it where it needs to be.
