Diana Damrau has been called the “leading coloratura soprano in the world.” She continues
to amaze audiences with her unique voice and arresting stage presence. Damrau was awarded the title Bayerische Kammersängerin in 2007 and named “Best Female Singer” at the 2014 International Opera Awards. Presented by Celebrity Series of Boston, this program will include works by Debussy, Smetana, Richard Strauss, Reynaldo Hahn, Chausson, Fauré, Duparc and Eva Dall’Acqua.
