Elijah Clark was born in Mississippi, the home of the Delta Blues, and raised on the road with hippy parents full of free spirit and love. He has performed with the some of the most talented musical acts and musicians from the West and East coasts.

Join the CHOPPS team every Monday – Saturday for live music at the modern chophouse serving inspired American cuisine in Burlington. Live music takes place at the restaurant’s expansive bar, with special genre nights including: Original Singer/Songwriters (Mondays), Blues/R&B (Tuesdays), Acoustic Rock (Wednesdays), Funk (Thursdays), Cover Nights (Fridays), Throwback with House DJ Que (Saturday).
