Calling All Taxi Drivers: Red Lantern Restaurant & Lounge to Offer Complimentary Meals On-The-Go

With the high price of gas and credit card transaction fees, Boston’s loyal taxi drivers are taking a major hit and in an attempt to give them a break, the recently opened Red Lantern Restaurant and Lounge will dish-out special on-the-go meals from August 9-11 between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The wok-fried curbside box lunches will provide drivers with a mouth-watering assortment of items fresh off Red Lantern’s Pan Asian menu including:

• Chicken and beef skewers
• Vegetable fried rice
• Chicken lo mein
• Fortune cookies
• Bottled water

 Red Lantern Restaurant & Lounge opened in June and has quickly become one of the most popular spots on the area’s dining and entertainment scene.
