On March 31st, Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse acclaimed Executive Chef, Steve Brown and Davio’s Corporate Chef, Rodney Murillo, will team-up to host an intimate hands-on cooking class: “Getting to know your Gnocchi”.
During this one-hour interactive demonstration, culinary enthusiasts and experts alike will engage in a hands-on ‘how-to’ with Davio’s pasta-making-professionals in the expansive open kitchen at Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse in Boston’s Back Bay.

This fun afternoon is the perfect opportunity for those longing to learn how to craft the perfect plate of pasta, allowing participants to move past simple spaghetti and onto the art of rolling their own potato gnocchi. The afternoon session will commence with delicious refreshments before students are invited to roll-up their sleeves and learn the essentials to preparing this potato-based pasta.
After everyone has created their culinary masterpieces, they will be able to sample the fruits of their labor and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine with the chefs, Steven Brown and Rodney Murillo. When class come to a close, Davio’s will send participating pupils away with a gift bag chalk-full of delectable goodies including: gnocchi; three pasta sauces; four recipes to practice; and, a $100 voucher to use at Davio’s on a future date. Enjoy a fun-filled afternoon, and learn the art of creating the ultimate al dente gnocchi!
