Go Fish at the Boston Center for Adult Education!
Join the BCAE and Chef Jason Bond of Bondir for an Adventure on the High Seas!
WHAT: This June, the BCAE is hitting the high seas to catch dinner (catching rays is a fringe benefit)! Go Fish starts aboard Reel Pursuit’s fishing boat with Captain Paul and ends in the BCAE kitchens with Chef Jason Bond who’ll show you how to cook what you’ve hooked! Bond, Executive Chef/Owner of Bondir, will teach you how to skin, bone, fillet and cook what you catch. Awaken your inner angler and make some memories you’ll be sharing for years to come! This two session course (which includes your fishing trip, cooking lesson and freshly caught dinner) costs $120, $100 for BCAE members. Come aboard!

The first session of this class will meet on June 18th, 2012 at 5:45PM at the Constitution Marina in Charlestown (5 minutes from North Station, see link for directions (www.constitutionmarina.com/). The second session of the class will meet in the kitchen at the BCAE (122 Arlington Street) on June 19th, 2012 at 6:00PM. All fish will be delivered to the BCAE for cooking on Tuesday night.
