Labor Day Specials

WHAT:  From Thursday, August 30th, 2012 to Monday, September 3rd, 2012 the Olé Restaurant Group will celebrate the unofficial last weekend of summer with a with a 3-course prix fixe dinner menu for two for just $50.00 at Zόcalo Cocina Mexicana located in Boston, MA.

Guests will have the chance to enjoy a choice of Chef Erwin Ramos’ award-winning guacamole, or a refreshing summer salad with avocado and tomatoes as a shared appetizer. For the main course, guests will have a choice of three entrées including pan-seared North Atlantic salmon with an ancho-honey glaze, Mexican lasagna with baked tortillas simmered in salsa and layered with spinach, grilled corn, mushrooms, poblano chiles, black beans and salsa or enchiladas with pulled chicken or pork in three corn tortillas baked in a signature ranchera or mole poblano with jack and cojita cheese. A choice of flan, a silky vanilla custard covered in creamy caramel sauce, or tres leches, a light cake soaked in milk and topped with whipped cream and strawberries, will also be available as a shared dessert.

Mexican lasagna with three tiers of baked chilaquiles (tortillas simmered in salsa) layered with spinach, grilled corn, mushrooms, poblano chiles, black beans and salsa verde.

Pulled chicken or pork in three corn tortillas baked with a signature ranchera or mole poblano sauce and jack and cotija cheese. Served with Mexican rice, black beans, crema and fresh tomato salsa on the side.
