Opening Reception For 'Inconclusive Miracles' Art Exhibition

Inconclusive Miracles:

Photographic collages of the Garonne Valley by Amy Ragus.  

Throughout the month of April, the French Cultural Center will display an exhibit of photographic collages by Amy Ragus. As Ragus explored the Garonne Valley and Auvillar, France, she noticed "radical differences between [her] suburban Massachusetts environment and that of Auvillar." In France, she found a "lack of consumer clutter and frenetic distractions," as well as "more space to breathe." Ragus presents the photographs as a response to these differences.  Exhibit runs April 3rd - April 26th.
