WHAT: Everyone has a story to tell. Whether it is a true story, based on a dream, or even about someone else, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) can make anyone a storyteller with their class “The Art of Storytelling!” On Thursday, November 17th, 2011 from 7:30PM-9:30PM discover the fascinating stories from within and learn to share them effortlessly with others!
This three session class will walk students through various techniques of oral tradition, helping to not only tell stories from images, sense of memories and improvisation, but to help listeners relive them! By the end of the class you’ll have three stories honed for an open mike and story slam session that will take place during the third session!
