Top of the Hub Continues Its Toast To The Amalfi Coast

Guests Have A Chance To Win A Culinary Cooking Vacation Getaway To Italy

Top of the Hub continues its Toast To The Amalfi Coast! with a three-course, prix-fixe Italian menu created via a culinary collaboration between Executive Chef Mark Porcaro and Executive Chef Vincent Esposito from Hotel Villa Franca in Positano, Italy.  (Chef Esposito traveled to Boston to co-host two popular Positano wine events with Chef Porcaro at Top of the Hub in March.)

Priced at $58 per person ($78 paired with a selection of fine wines), the tempting, themed menu will be served nightly through May 16 (with the exception of Mother's Day, Sunday, May 13).  The restaurant's traditional menu of favorites will also be available, as usual.  Reservations are available by calling  6 1 7 - 5 3 6 - 1 7 7 5.

As part of the international culinary exchange program, Chef Porcaro has been invited to Villa Franca in Italy to create a similar series of events and menus with Chef Esposito.  Additionally, one lucky guest at Top of the Hub will win a luxurious Cooking Vacations 4 day-5 night Culinary Getaway for Two at Villa Franca in Positano, Italy (airfare not included; entries accepted at the restaurant through May 16).
