Flour Bakery to Open Seventh Storefront at 30 Dalton in Boston’s Back Bay

30 Dalton, a new 218-unit luxury apartment tower in Boston’s Back Bay, announced today that popular bakery and café, Flour Bakery, will open its sixth location in the property’s first floor retail space. With the lease, 30 Dalton’s retail space will be fully occupied. The lease was brokered by The Dartmouth Company, a Boston-based commercial real estate brokerage specializing in tenant and landlord representation.

Construction fit-outs of the 1,400 square-foot space will begin in January 2017 with an anticipated opening in early spring. The location will feature spacious indoor seating for up to 20 people, along with an attractive exterior patio space for use in the summer months.
