Harper Recognized Among Nation's Top Real Estate Professionals by REAL Trends

Merit McIntyre, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, congratulates Michael Harper, a sales associate affiliated with the company’s Boston office on Commonwealth Avenue, for ranking among the nation’s top real estate professionals based on sales volume. With more than $72.5 million in sales volume in 2015, Harper was ranked No. 240 in the U.S. by REAL Trends, as advertised in The Wall Street Journal.

Harper, 31, is now a member of “The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals,” a prestigious national awards ranking sponsored by REAL Trends as advertised in The Wall Street Journal. He is ranked in the top one half of 1 percent of the more than 1.1 million Realtors® nationwide. The Thousand list includes four separate categories honoring the top 250 residential real estate agents and sales teams based on sales volume and transaction sides.

In addition to The Thousand list, Harper made the 2016 REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents list, ranking No. 8 in Massachusetts for sales volume closed in 2015.

Additionally, Harper successfully listed and sold condominiums on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood for $7,050,000 and $5,887,500.
