Drum set artist Henrique De Almeida, an associate professor in the Percussion Department, presents his fusion band, World News, an ensemble of Berklee faculty. He joins forces with fusion greats Steve Hunt on keyboards, Sal DiFusco on guitar, Dino Govoni on saxophone, and Joe Santerre on bass. World News represents a fusion of many influences that reflect the bandmates’ many travels and life experiences in Europe, Africa, South America, Central America, Asia, and the Middle East.
