Italian Wine Dinner at dbar

On the first Wednesday of every month, dbar hosts a multi-course dinner with wine pairings from a different region of the world at each dinner. This month, guests are invited to enjoy a variety of wines from Tuscany, Italy paired with a four-course dinner prepared with the finest ingredients.

The $65 per person menu will include the following dishes and wine pairings:

First Course

LaQuercia Proscuitto Americano

Castelveltrano Olives, Bread

Paired with La Lastra Vernaccia di San Gimignano

Second Course

Braised Wild Boar Shoulder

Tagliatelle, Ragu, Pecorino

Paired with Fattoria del Cerro Vino Nobile di Montepulciano

Third Course

Grilled Bisateca Fiorentina for 2

Rosemary Potato, Spice Rabe

Paired with La Lastra Chianti Colli Senesi

Fourth Course

Tiramisu

Paired with Marchese Antinori Vin Santo
