Native New Yorker Jeff LeBlanc’s new album, Vision, looks to distinguish him from a crowded field of singer-songwriters. A mix of R&B and soul, the record elevates his signature blend of smooth pop to a higher level while tackling previously unexplored sounds and topics. Tracked in Nashville, Tennessee’s legendary Sound Emporium studios, Vision has a refreshing energy, timeless warmth, and unique clarity that appeals to the listener.
Singer-songwriter Hayley Sabella is also a local farmer and a self-described independent woman and dork. With a voice that is described as “honeyed but with a mild rasp” and a children’s guitar from the ‘60s, she combines finger-style picking and rythmic strumming with powerful lyrics.
