Mekaal Hasan Band

Mekaal Hasan Band is making history with their band, the first of its kind with members from both Pakistan and India. The band hopes to create a relationship of mutual benefit and trust with the goal of strengthening peaceful ties between the two countries. Their third album, Andholan, will feature amazing contemporary and classically trained musicians celebrating the diversity and richness of their shared cultural heritage through music and poetry. In creating music of depth and integrity, the band members aim to promote a sense of camaraderie among Indian and Pakistani artists.
