Excite your ghoulish tykes this Halloween with Witches’ Brew Apple Cider, festive cookie decorating and their own trick-or-treat bag filled with Halloween goodies to take home at Rowes Wharf Sea Grille’s Spooky Tea. While the kids get a jump start on their candy collecting with a Trick-or-Treat Treasure Hunt complete with a map of the best candy haunts around the hotel, adults can sip champagne and enjoy a monstrous selection of seasonal treats, scarily delectable tea sandwiches, scones and holiday cookies.
