Odua Afro beat is a musical style associated with the Yoruba kingdom. The Yoruba kingdom is known thoughout the globe for hearing the beauty, color, intense rhythmic manipulation, energetic dance patterns, and other choreography adopted in modern-day hip-hop, Brazilian, and Cuban music.
This concert will feature Dokun Oke with his Afro Beat Orchestra, performing original tunes as well as songs from the Yoruba kingdom. You may think you’ve seen it all, but this performance will sweep your mind away. This is art; this is music; this is a taste of African rhythm.
