The Palm Boston Celebrates Mardi Gras with a Themed Cocktail Party
Executive Chef Karen Mitchell, General Manager Brian Brosnihan and the Palm Boston Team are bringing the spirit of New Orleans to Boston!

On Tuesday, February 9, The Palm Boston is hosting a special Mardi Gras Cocktail Party featuring four rounds of passed Mardi Gras-inspired dishes and cocktail pairings. Executive Chef Karen Mitchell is bringing New Orleans flavors to Boston, with dishes including Muffaletta, the traditional New Orleans sandwich with Italian charcuteries, provolone, and creole olive salad and Shrimp Crawfish Gumbo with fried okra, for guests to get in the Mardi Gras sprit. Each round of dishes will be served with perfectly paired cocktails created by The Palm Boston’s lead bartenders.
During the celebration, guests are invited to take photos in a themed photo booth, collect traditional Mardi Gras beads and enjoy the festive décor on the Palm’s new glass enclosed, heated patio.
