A good excuse to run half-naked down the street. And for a good cause.
Clad in skimpy swimsuits, Santa-hats, white faux beards, and not much else, crowds of people cheered during the one mile loop. Runners departed from Lir at 1 p.m., and ran down Boylston and Newbury streets during the 11th annual SSRun, know affectionately as the Santa Speedo Run.
