Planet Radio is a six-piece intergalactic ensemble based in Boston. Schooled in jazz and influenced by the cosmos, the group’s collective approach creates a soulful, unique sound. Performing original compositions and covers ranging from Nirvana to Donny Hathaway, Planet Radio appeals to all listeners and musical points of view.
Rachel Alix is a Boston-based singer-songwriter, producer, and recording artist. She aims to captivate a broad audience with her catchy tunes and unique, looping style. She performs as an acoustic act and with a band at various clubs and venues, and she appeared on the Emmy-winning TV show Community Auditions: Star of the Day, where she won the 2013 Grand Champion title. Her songs range from slow ballads to high-energy pop tunes, drawing inspiration from everything from personal relationships to the crisp air and falling leaves of autumn.
Jive McFly is a Boston-based funk/pop/rock band. With influences ranging from Steely Dan to the Doobie Brothers to the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jive McFly offers a sound that any music lover will enjoy. Since their formation at Berklee in 2013, the band has performed their funky originals and classic covers all around Boston.
