On January 27, Chef Brian Poe will team up with Goose Island Brewery (Chicago, IL) for “Sweet & Spicy Flight & Bites Night” at Poe’s Kitchen at the Rattlesnake. At this evening of flavorful pairings, Chef Poe has created savory snacks to complement Goose Island’s finest including selections from its exclusive Bourbon County Brand portfolio.

Guests can opt for the straight beer flight, or the Goose Island brews paired with southwestern bites:
