The Quarry Restaurant Hosts Left Hand Brewing 4-Course Beer Dinner May 26

The Quarry is first restaurant on the east coast to reveal Left Hand Brewing's new Extrovert IPA at May 26 Beer Dinner in Hingham, MA

Hingham, MA, (May 2016) - The Quarry Restaurant, known for its extensive list of hand-picked beers and vintage ales will host an all-star four-course dinner featuring Longmont, Colorado’s Left Hand Brewing Company on Thursday, May 26 at 6:45 p.m. Special guests for the evening are Left Hand’s David Aresty and Ryan Casey of distributor L. Knife & Son. At the dinner Mr. Aresty will lead diners through a fun and lively beer tasting including revealing the brewer’s new Extrovert IPA, a medium light beer with jarrylo, cascade and comet hops. The Quarry will be the first East Coast restaurant to pour this exclusive brew.

“I’m looking forward to the evening where we will canvas Left Hand’s distinctive brews and pair them with some imaginative and delicious dishes,” said The Quarry’s Executive Chef and Partner Greg Jordan who expertly paired the menu with Left Hand Brewing’s beers. “The serious beer connoisseur to the gourmand will have a memorable night.”

Third Course: The Wurst: Handmade Sausage Sampler featuring Lamb Merguez and Smoked Pork Sausage with Mustard & Cheddar over Crispy Potato Wedges, Curry Ketchup; Pouring: Black Jack Porter

Fourth Course: Chocolate Milk Stout Donut with Vanilla Ice Cream and Cascade Hop Buttercream; Pouring: Milk Stout Nitro.
