She has served on boards of American Power Conversion, S&P 500 Company, until its sale, and a large global consumer products company, Everyware Global. Her industry experience includes: computer hardware & software; communications; industrial products; lighting & semiconductors; consumer products; automotive; aerospace; and financial services. Ellen’s awards include: Distinguished Director Award from the American College of Corporate Directors and Top 100 Board Diversity Candidates for Public Companies by Agenda.

Michelle is a consultant with The Cambridge Group, an Expert in Residence at the Harvard Innovation Lab, and a professional speaker on leadership, innovation and Women’s Leadership. Previously, she was President of Keurig, a $2billion division of Keurig Green Mountain. During her 5 year tenure, Keurig’s delivered a CAGR of 61% in net sales and 74% in operating income, propelling total GMCR sales from $493 million in revenue in 2008 to $4.3billion revenue for FY 2013.

Mike, Chair Emeritus, New Directions, serves on the Board of Directors of AMICA Mutual Insurance Co. and the Corporate Advisory Board of The Boston Club. He serves on the Audit and Investment Committees at AMICA and was past Chair of the Compensation Committee.
