Riverside BBQ Series Featuring BBQ, Beer & Bands This Sunday

Final 2017 Session to Feature a Rare Acoustic Set From Bad Rabbits

The third and final session of the 2017 Riverside BBQ Series will be held this Sunday, October 8 from 4-8 pm. The event will feature an impressive lineup that brings together chefs from two restaurants, six New England-based craft brewers, and two live bands plus a DJ. The all-inclusive event takes place outside, rain or shine, along the Charles River at the scenic Harry Parker Boathouse in Brighton.

Chefs who will serve up their own variations on traditional BBQ dishes will be from The Abbey Restaurant (Cambridge & Brooking) and CK Pearl in Essex, MA. Featured breweries & wine will be from Harpoon, Narragansett, Notch, Down the Road, Farmer Willie's Craft Ginger Beer, Lord Hobo Brewing Co. and Lila Wines.

Making their Riverside BBQ debut with a rare acoustic set will be Boston band Bad Rabbits. Soul/funk troupe Gold Blood & Associates and resident DJ for the series, DJ Ryan Brown will round out the musical entertainment. Brown will also set up a pop-up vinyl shop, selling some of his most prized records from his diverse collection.

All-inclusive tickets are available via Eventbrite at: https://riversidebbqseries3.eventbrite.com
